This policy applies exclusively to the Imortela presentation page. The Imortela app has its own Privacy Policy.

2. What data is processed
This is a presentation page only: it requires no account, has no forms and collects no personal data. We do not process visitors' data ourselves.
The only processing is the visit statistics of the Lovable hosting platform, which measures traffic in aggregate form: number of visits and page views, visit duration, device type, approximate country and traffic source. These statistics do not identify visitors and do not track people.
If you write to us voluntarily by e-mail, we use your address and message only to reply.
3. Cookies
The page sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. The hosting may use technical cookies strictly needed for operation, which you can manage in your browser settings.
4. Your rights
The statistics are aggregated and cannot be linked to a person. For any question about data, write to us at the e-mail address given in point 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP): www.dataprotection.ro.
